Are the generated images commercially licensed?+
Yes. Every frame and clip you generate is yours to use commercially — product pages, social, print, ads.
What is the difference between a frame and a clip credit?+
A frame is one finished editorial image. Clip credits pay for video made from your frames: a Reveal uses 1 credit, Motion and the 360° turn use 2, a Runway walk uses 3.
What if I run out before the month ends?+
Add extra frames or clip credits from Billing at your plan’s unit price. Extras never expire. We never upgrade you without asking.
What if a result does not match my product?+
Failed frames and clips go back to your balance automatically. If a result is off, send us the campaign link and we look at it with you.
Is there a free trial?+
No. Instead, every plan has a fourteen-day refund: if Atelier Noir does not replace your next shoot, we give the money back.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. No calls, no retention emails.
