How Atelier Noir keeps
your archive safe.
Fashion houses run on archives, models, and trade secrets. Below is exactly how we handle your images and your account today — no badges we have not earned.
How we handle your images
Uploads and results are stored on our own servers in the EU. To create a frame or clip, the image is sent to specialised AI providers (Replicate, and OpenAI for garment descriptions). We never use your images to train models.
Every file is checked for its real image format (not the name or the type the browser claims), scanned by the ClamAV antivirus and redrawn as a fresh JPEG. Anything that is not a real image is rejected.
Stored images are served with strict headers (no content sniffing, a sandboxing content policy) and script-like file types are refused outright.
Atelier Noir is run by Syntranova AL Ltd, an EU company in Cyprus. A Data Processing Agreement is available and analytics only load if you accept them.
Engineering practices
- Traffic encrypted with TLS 1.2 / 1.3 only
- Passwords stored as bcrypt hashes, never in plain text
- Payments handled entirely by Stripe — card details never reach our servers
- The app runs in a locked-down container: non-root user, read-only file system, no extra system privileges
- Rate limits on sign-up and uploads to stop automated abuse
- Server integrity monitoring (AIDE, chkrootkit, rkhunter) and an intrusion-prevention agent (CrowdSec), with alerts to our team
- Antivirus scanning of uploads and of stored files
